This is a client-facing production role focused on delivering cinematic property video and photography content for real estate marketing campaigns, spanning residential listings and commercial architecture. It suits a camera operator with hands-on experience in property and architectural videography who can manage a shoot from setup to delivery with minimal supervision.

About the Role

The Real Estate & Architecture Videographer sits within Kallay Studios’ content production team, working across premium property listings and design-focused architectural projects for Melbourne’s top real estate agents. Day-to-day, you’re running your own shoots on location, working directly with agents and vendors, and producing visual content that meets tight marketing turnarounds. This is a full-time position with an immediate start available.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot cinematic real estate video and stills across residential and commercial properties, capturing space, light, and architectural detail to brief.
• Manage on-location production independently, handling setup, talent direction with agents and vendors, and equipment pack-down on each shoot day.
• Maintain consistent visual style across multiple property campaigns to meet Kallay Studios’ established content standards.
• Deliver completed shoots within fast turnaround deadlines suited to real estate marketing workflows.
• Conduct twilight photography sessions and drone operations where your skillset and licensing allow.
• Capture social content assets where required, extending deliverables beyond core property videography output.

What You Bring

• Minimum one to two years of professional experience in real estate videography or architectural photography production.
• A portfolio that demonstrates real property work, without a relevant portfolio your application will not be progressed.
• Own professional camera kit including a gimbal, with drone operation considered a strong advantage.
• Confidence working solo on location with clients in a professional, punctual manner.
• Post-production editing skills are a bonus and will be viewed favourably during the hiring process.
