Job Position(s): Production Coordinator (Temporary)
Project Type: Film & Television
Job Date: Full Time
Compensation: Paid - Salary

Warner Bros. Discovery is hiring a Production Coordinator (Temporary) based in Buenos Aires, Defensa, to support graphic production across television and digital platforms. This role sits within the marketing and content production team, focused on delivering branded graphic packages, motion compositions, and visual assets for broadcast and social media distribution. It suits a design professional with a background in sports media who understands how editorial decisions translate into on-screen visuals.

About the Role

The Production Coordinator works inside a broadcast design workflow, building graphic templates and motion packages that serve both linear television output and the digital ecosystem, including social platforms and web. Day to day, this person is moving between Photoshop, After Effects, and Premiere Pro, adapting assets to format requirements while keeping brand guidelines intact. Sports content, particularly football coverage, is a core part of the output, so an understanding of how to handle team colors, crests, and match data visually is built into the job.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design broadcast-ready graphic plates, templates, and full graphic packages for television production and multi-platform digital distribution.
  • Create motion graphics and animation compositions in After Effects that meet broadcast delivery specifications.
  • Work directly with the editorial and production team to translate news and sports narratives into clear, visually structured on-screen graphics.
  • Apply accurate sports-specific visual language, including correct team colors, official crests, and information hierarchy appropriate to football and other sports coverage.
  • Manage multiple concurrent design projects under tight broadcast deadlines, maintaining output quality across all deliverables.
  • Produce social media content and web assets adapted to platform-specific formats and audience expectations.

What You Bring

  • A minimum of three years of demonstrable experience in graphic design for broadcast media, digital content, sports, or entertainment production.
  • Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, and Premiere Pro at an intermediate level or above.
  • Proven knowledge of football, both domestic and international competition, as a core requirement for the role.
  • A current portfolio that reflects broadcast and digital design work across relevant production types.
  • Demonstrated ability to design for social media platforms and adapt content across multiple digital formats.

Why This Role

Warner Bros. Discovery operates one of the largest content portfolios in the television industry, and this Production Coordinator position places you inside a team producing sports and editorial content at a broadcast scale. Working out of Buenos Aires gives you direct exposure to Latin American sports media production, a sector with significant volume and reach. Warner Bros. Discovery treats this role as a real production credit, not a support function sitting outside the creative pipeline.
