Zillow Group, Inc. is hiring a Content Producer, Videographer, and Editor to work remotely from anywhere in the U.S. This role sits inside Studio Z, Zillow’s internal creative production unit, and owns the full video production workflow from concept through final delivery across YouTube, paid social, OLV, and brand campaigns. It suits a self-sufficient shooter-editor who is equally comfortable rigging a three-point interview setup and cutting a vertical social cutdown in the same week.

About the Role

Studio Z operates as an internal content studio producing educational video, SEO-driven content, product launches, vodcasts, UI walkthroughs, and story-driven brand films. The Content Producer, Videographer, and Editor is the primary hands-on production resource, meaning this person designs the lighting, captures the audio, edits the cut, and delivers the final files without handing off to another department. On any given day that might mean scouting a location, animating a product UI sequence in After Effects, or managing an external vendor on set.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute lighting setups for interviews, narrative, and product shoots, often in uncontrolled locations with limited equipment resources.
• Capture production audio across multi-cam and multi-mic configurations including scripted, documentary-style, and vodcast formats.
• Edit, color grade, mix, and finish projects in Adobe Premiere Pro, versioning deliverables from long-form YouTube content down to vertical social cutdowns.
• Build motion graphics templates and animate product UI in After Effects, working directly from Figma design systems.
• Partner with the post-production workflow team to manage footage handling, proxy workflows, delivery, backup, and archive in a remote cloud-based environment.
• Direct external vendors and on-set crew when a project scales beyond a solo production footprint, owning the visual execution throughout.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated credits across multiple video production formats including brand film, social content, and product-driven video.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects; DaVinci Resolve experience is a plus.
• Working knowledge of Figma as it applies to animating UI and product design systems.
• Experience building and maintaining a professional camera, lighting, and audio kit in a production environment.
• Ability to travel for shoots and offsites as needed.
