This is an on-air support role sitting inside a live sports television production environment, where the work covers studio broadcasts, outside broadcasts, and special coverage transmissions. It suits a working PA with hands-on experience in live sports television who knows the rhythm of a control room and can move between on-air logistics and editorial prep without missing a beat.

About the Role

The position sits within the TNT Sports production team, supporting live studio programs and mobile exterior units across both regular broadcasts and special event coverage. Day to day, this person is moving between the studio floor, the control room, and the edit suite, handling everything from graphic data entry to video ingest and talent coordination. It is a fully on-site role, so expect to be present for every transmission.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide active floor and control room support to the production team during live sports television broadcasts and special transmissions.
• Load lower-thirds and graphic data into the broadcast graphics system, pulling and verifying information from journalistic sources for on-air accuracy.
• Download, sort, and ingest video assets into the production system, keeping material organised and accessible for editors working on deadline.
• Work alongside editors on the island, contributing to the assembly and preparation of content packages within the live production workflow.
• Assist on-air talent in the studio environment and support the Production Coordinator in routine communications with outside broadcast mobile units.
• Contribute to script assembly, incorporating journalistic copy and lower-third information in line with the Producer’s editorial direction.

What You Bring

• Prior experience as a Production Assistant on live television broadcasts, specifically within sports programming, is required.
• Strong knowledge of football, both domestic Argentine competitions and international tournaments, is a non-negotiable requirement for this role.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and streaming workflows as they apply to sports broadcast content.
• Ability to work across studio and exterior mobile production environments without a drop in output or pace.
• English language skills are desirable and will be considered favorably in the selection process.
