Day-to-day, the work spans building post budgets and schedules in development, attending final mix playbacks, managing international localization, and troubleshooting anything that threatens a delivery deadline. The role requires equal fluency in creative conversation and technical post-production workflow.

Key Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end post-production on assigned series, building budgets and post calendars from early development through final delivery and archive.
• Attend final mix playback sessions with showrunners and approve episodic and season-level deliverables before they go to distribution partners.
• Review picture, VFX, and sound bids, and track all post-related costs in collaboration with producing partners throughout the run of a series.
• Coordinate localization of episodic files, screener links, and promotional materials for international distributors, festivals, and markets, including watermarking for partners and vendors.
• Facilitate dailies workflow and document delivery during production, and enforce content-sharing compliance across cuts and screeners.
• Vet main and end titles with legal, coordinate series content for press screenings and festival submissions, and attend tech checks to confirm successful exhibition.

What You Bring

• 8 or more years of experience in post-production and delivery, with a track record on episodic television series.
• Hands-on experience with 4K HDR and Dolby Atmos post-production workflows.
• Working knowledge of finishing vendors across picture, VFX, and sound, and direct experience managing international distribution platforms and partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Premiere, and Avid, with experience in Indee or comparable screener platforms.
• Strong time management and organizational skills suited to running multiple shows simultaneously across different stages of post.
