About the Role

The Post Production Coordinator will work directly alongside Post Production Executives inside the Spain-based International Originals team, covering a mixed slate of movies, scripted, and unscripted content. Day to day, this person acts as the operational center of the department, tracking budgets, managing vendor relationships, maintaining post schedules, and keeping cross-departmental communication tight across teams including Localization, Distribution Operations, Marketing, and Technology. The role spans the full postproduction workflow from initial setup through final master delivery and long-term archival.

Key Responsibilities

• Track and manage postproduction schedules across all active projects, ensuring key milestones such as picture lock, sound mix, color grade, and final master delivery are met on time.
• Support budget tracking, bid analysis, and cost reporting across postproduction vendors and facilities for the International Originals slate.
• Coordinate vendor onboarding, payments, and deliverables with external postproduction facilities and freelance crew working across the department.
• Maintain departmental trackers, templates, and internal platforms used by the production and post-production workflow team.
• Prepare technical workflow documentation and asset delivery requirements in alignment with Amazon MGM Studios specifications.
• Organize inter-departmental calls, prepare agendas, and follow up on action items to keep Creative, Production, and Delivery teams aligned across territories.

What You Bring

• Prior experience in a postproduction coordination or production office role, ideally on episodic television or feature film production.
• Working knowledge of post-production workflow across scripted and unscripted formats, including deliverables, vendor management, and schedule tracking.
• Familiarity with internal production management tools and the ability to apply AI-based tools to automate and streamline team workflows.
• Strong organizational skills with a track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously under real production deadlines.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, given the cross-territory coordination this role requires.
