This role sits at the center of a high-volume, multi-format studio workflow, keeping photography bays, video stages, and Virtual Production capture areas running on schedule and to standard. About the Role

éShop Creative Studios is the in-house content production engine behind visual assets across Amazon’s e-commerce platform, operating creative hub studios across five global cities. The Operations Specialist, Elevated Shopping (éShop) works directly alongside Producers, Art Directors, and Videographers to manage the logistical layer that keeps multi-workstream studio production moving. A typical day involves coordinating stage turnover between shoots, tracking equipment and supply inventory, and resolving facility or scheduling conflicts before they hit the floor.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily operational readiness across photography, video, and 3D capture stages, resolving scheduling conflicts and optimizing studio utilization across concurrent production workflows.
• Support production logistics from talent check-in through set wrap, including prop coordination, wardrobe handling, and stage preparation between shoots.
• Maintain health and safety standards across all studio spaces, identifying and resolving issues proactively rather than reactively.
• Track studio utilization metrics and report capacity risks or scheduling opportunities to production leadership on a regular basis.
• Document studio SOPs and contribute to ongoing refinement of operational playbooks as production formats and volumes evolve.
• Coordinate with Facilities, IT, and Security to resolve studio infrastructure issues that could affect the production schedule.

What You Bring

• Proven experience in studio operations, production coordination, or a similar role within a photography, video production, or content studio environment.
• Familiarity with multi-format production workflows, including stills, video, and emerging capture formats such as Virtual Production or 3D scanning.
• Strong organizational skills developed across high-volume shoot environments where multiple productions run simultaneously.
• Experience interfacing with cross-functional teams including facilities management, IT, and on-set creative departments.
• Comfort working in Barcelona and operating within a globally distributed studio production structure.
