Projects span branded video production, motion graphics support, and live event streaming, with the role involved at every stage from storyboarding through post-production. On any given day, this person might be scouting a location, coordinating talent scheduling, or pulling an edit together in Adobe Premiere.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and assist on all phases of video production workflow including concept development, storyboarding, location scouting, and on-camera shooting.
• Edit footage for continuity and platform-specific delivery across digital video channels, ensuring all content meets approved brand standards.
• Produce live streaming video content for events, including some weekend and Labor Day holiday coverage as part of the schedule.
• Generate motion graphics assets in coordination with graphic designers, using Adobe Creative Cloud to support cross-department projects.
• Manage shoot logistics including talent coordination, crew scheduling, and set preparation for each production.
• Maintain camera and production equipment to professional standards, handling basic troubleshooting and minor repairs as needed.

What You Bring

• Associate degree or technical certification in Communications or Multimedia, or four years of directly related production experience.
• Minimum three years working in a marketing or creative production environment with a real understanding of branded video output.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud applications across the post-production workflow, including Premiere Pro and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of professional video production camera standards and on-set best practices.
• Strong organizational skills for managing multiple shoot schedules and coordinating across departments.
