About the Role

The studio team at Citypress serves a client roster that includes major brands across banking, retail, food and beverage, and manufacturing sectors. Day-to-day production workflow spans location and studio shoots, post-production editing, and creative development alongside PR, social, and design specialists. This is not a support role; the expectation is that you lead shoots from brief through to final delivery with minimal oversight.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and run location and studio shoots independently, handling camera setup, lighting rigs, and audio capture across corporate and social media video production formats.
• Edit and deliver finished video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, with After Effects applied to motion graphics and post-production finishing.
• Develop creative treatments and visual approaches that align with client brand guidelines across integrated campaign work.
• Build and maintain direct working relationships with clients, contributing production expertise and creative ideas throughout the project lifecycle.
• Mentor and give structured feedback to junior videographers within the studio team, supporting their technical and creative development.
• Contribute to new business pitches and creative proposals, including keeping current with AI tools and emerging content production trends.

What You Bring

• Three to four years of professional videography experience, ideally from an agency or in-house communications and marketing production environment.
• Strong filming, editing, and post-production skills with excellent working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and practical experience in After Effects.
• A portfolio demonstrating video production across corporate communications, social media, and employer brand campaigns.
• Proven ability to lead shoots independently, including full technical setup and on-location problem solving.
• Confidence managing multiple projects and working across multidisciplinary teams within a structured production workflow.
