Key Responsibilities

• Supervise studio PCR operations staff across shifts, ensuring broadcast production schedules are met without technical or logistical disruption.
• Coordinate with engineering and transmission teams to resolve signal, routing, or equipment issues that affect live and recorded broadcast output.
• Oversee quality control checkpoints within the post-production workflow, verifying that content meets technical specifications before air or delivery.
• Manage operational documentation, shift reports, and incident logs that track PCR performance and support capacity planning.
• Liaise with production teams across LATAM to align studio resource allocation with scheduled broadcast production demands.
• Train and mentor PCR operators, maintaining team readiness for both routine operations and high-pressure broadcast scenarios.

What You Bring

• Solid foundational experience in broadcast production operations, with a background in studio or PCR environments.
• Familiarity with broadcast transmission systems, routing infrastructure, and production control room equipment used in episodic television or live broadcast.
• Prior supervisory or team lead credits in a broadcast production or post-production workflow setting.
• Working knowledge of LATAM broadcast standards and content delivery requirements is a strong advantage.
• Portuguese language proficiency given the Sao Paulo, Brazil location and regional scope of the role.
