On any given week that might mean recce work in Andorra, coordinating talent and logistics, then returning to London for an edit sprint. Key Responsibilities

• Developing production concepts from brief stage through to a shootable plan, including scheduling, logistics, and on-location coordination in Andorra.
• Operating camera on production days, with responsibility for framing, exposure, and capturing clean, usable footage across a range of conditions.
• Directing and working with on-screen talent to achieve performances that serve the editorial shape of the piece.
• Managing the full post-production workflow from ingest and organisation through to picture lock and delivery across required formats.
• Editing assembled cuts, fine cuts, and finals using industry-standard non-linear editing software, with an understanding of pacing, narrative structure, and client expectations.
• Sourcing and briefing supporting crew, freelancers, or specialist contributors as production scope requires.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable mid-level credits across both production and editorial, ideally spanning branded content, documentary, or short-form video production.
• Confident camera operation across at least one professional camera system, with a working understanding of lighting and sound at a self-shooting level.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro or a comparable professional non-linear editing platform.
• Experience managing your own production from pre-production through to delivery, without a dedicated line producer or edit producer above you.
• Comfort working across locations and adapting to changing production conditions without losing editorial focus.
