About the Role

The Instructional Video Editor sits inside Restaurant365’s learning content team, working directly alongside instructional designers to turn defined scripts and storyboards into polished video outputs. Projects include custom 3D animated explainers, motion graphics sequences, and screen-based instructional content built to brand and quality standards. On any given day, this person is managing multiple concurrent projects across different stages of the post-production workflow, from asset ingest and cataloging through to final export and version control.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit and assemble instructional video content from storyboards and scripts, integrating narration, on-screen text, and motion graphics to match defined learning objectives.
• Build original 3D animation assets using Blender as the primary production tool, with output calibrated to spec for each deliverable.
• Own the full post-production pipeline for assigned projects, including pacing, finish, and quality review against established brand standards.
• Scope level of effort and sequence multiple concurrent projects to meet editorial deadlines without compromising output quality.
• Maintain production asset libraries with consistent version control, ensuring footage and original media are cataloged for efficient reuse across the content slate.
• Apply AI-assisted production workflows where appropriate to improve turnaround time and consistency across deliverables.

What You Bring

• Four or more years of experience in 3D animation, motion design, or instructional media production in a professional context.
• Hands-on proficiency with Blender, Adobe Premiere, After Effects, and Camtasia across a working post-production toolset.
• A portfolio that demonstrates original 3D graphics, visual narrative construction, and motion graphics built to client or production specifications.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, at a level sufficient for producing client-facing narration scripts and on-screen text.
• Familiarity with LMS platforms and experience delivering content inside structured learning and development pipelines.
• Comfort working with large language models or custom AI workflows as part of a modern production process.
