Harcourts Avenu is hiring an In-House Real Estate Photographer and Videographer based across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie in the Hunter Region of New South Wales. This role sits at the centre of the agency’s property marketing workflow, producing stills, drone footage, floor plans, and video content that drives listings across a high-volume sales team operating from three offices. About the Role

Working directly within the Harcourts Avenu marketing operation, this In-House Real Estate Photographer and Videographer covers the full visual production pipeline for property campaigns, from pre-shoot coordination through to edited deliverables. On any given day that means moving between residential locations across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie, managing multiple shoots, and turning around images and video to meet agent campaign deadlines. The role also extends to headshots, team content, and office event coverage, making it a genuinely varied production schedule.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit high-quality property photography for residential real estate marketing campaigns across the Hunter Region.
• Operate a drone to capture aerial photography and footage in compliance with CASA regulations for licensed commercial UAV work.
• Produce property videography and complete post-production editing to finished deliverables ready for portal and social distribution.
• Generate accurate floor plans using dedicated floor plan software as part of the standard listing package.
• Photograph agent headshots and staff portraits to consistent brand standards across all three office locations.
• Coordinate shoot schedules directly with the sales team to manage daily property bookings and meet campaign turnaround windows.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience in real estate photography or architectural photography, with a portfolio that reflects high-end residential work.
• Certified drone operator with confidence flying commercially across varied property types and conditions.
• Proficiency in floor plan creation software and photo and video editing tools appropriate to professional property marketing production.
• Videography and video editing skills with experience delivering finished property video content.
• Current driver’s licence and access to your own professional equipment.
