Key Responsibilities

• Own the VFX pipeline end to end, from shot breakdowns and bid reviews in pre-production through to final grade-ready deliverables.
• Supervise on-set VFX acquisition, including witness cameras, tracking markers, and HDRI capture, ensuring clean data for the compositing team.
• Direct a team of VFX artists across disciplines including compositing, motion graphics, and CG integration, managing workloads against delivery schedules.
• Establish and maintain quality control checkpoints at key stages of the post-production workflow, reviewing work against approved references and client briefs.
• Collaborate directly with directors and producers during pre-production to assess feasibility, define the effects scope, and shape the creative approach for each project.
• Identify pipeline inefficiencies and implement technical solutions that improve turnaround without compromising the standard of the finished work.

What You Bring

• A substantial body of credited work as a VFX Supervisor or senior compositor across commercial production, branded content, or interactive projects.
• Fluency in industry-standard software including Nuke, After Effects, and at least one 3D package such as Houdini, Maya, or Cinema 4D.
• Proven experience managing artist teams within a VFX pipeline, including scheduling, feedback, and performance oversight.
• Strong on-set background with a working knowledge of camera systems, lighting conditions, and data management workflows.
• The ability to communicate technical VFX requirements clearly to non-technical creative and production stakeholders.
