Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and mentor a team of VFX artists across compositing, CG, and motion graphics disciplines, managing capacity and output quality throughout production.
• Lead on-set VFX supervision where required, including camera tracking, reference capture, and liaising directly with the director and DOP.
• Review and approve all VFX shots at each stage of the post-production workflow, from rough comp through to picture lock.
• Establish quality control standards across the department and hold artists accountable to consistent, brief-accurate results.
• Collaborate with producers and project leads to scope VFX budgets, schedule breakdowns, and resource planning at the start of each production.

What You Bring

• Substantial credits as a VFX Supervisor or senior VFX lead across commercial, broadcast, or interactive production.
• Hands-on proficiency with industry-standard tools including Nuke, Houdini, Maya, or equivalent compositing and 3D software.
• Proven experience managing a VFX team through full production cycles, from brief through final delivery.
• Strong grasp of on-set data acquisition, including LIDAR, HDRI capture, and motion tracking best practices.
• A working knowledge of real-time and interactive pipelines is a clear advantage for this particular slate.
