Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support across the full production life cycle of assigned live entertainment projects, including scheduling production team meetings and distributing accurate meeting notes.
• Serve as the point of contact for requesting and scheduling internal and external talent for rehearsals, fittings, and performances, as directed by the Production Manager.
• Gather presentation materials, set up meeting technology, and strike all equipment after sessions close.
• Assist in procuring production supplies and materials while following all company procurement policies and guidelines.
• Maintain production schedules and deliver consistent, timely updates to technicians, vendors, and talent as show timelines evolve.
• Complete show and event production tasks as assigned across the broader live entertainment production workflow.

• Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program related to theatrical production, live event production, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ability to build agendas, facilitate meetings, and produce clear, concise production notes.
