About the Role
This position sits inside FOX Sports Digital, the product organization behind how millions of fans experience live sports across FOX platforms. The portfolio covers live game companion experiences, editorial content surfaces, AI-enabled search and navigation, and partnership-aligned distribution products. Day to day, this means running roadmap planning across multiple concurrent sports calendars, coaching a multi-PM team through high-stakes live event launches, and aligning with engineering, design, editorial, and distribution partners on what ships and when.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the product vision and roadmap for live sports companion experiences, Sports AI features, and editorial content products, with delivery milestones tied to NFL, CFB, and FIFA World Cup 2026 season launches.
- Apply Jobs to Be Done methodology to ground every initiative in measurable fan engagement outcomes rather than feature output.
- Lead backlog management, user story definition, and go-to-market planning across a team of product managers with overlapping live sports deadlines.
- Oversee partnership-aligned product development, coordinating with FOX Sports content and distribution partners to deliver integrated digital fan experiences.
- Coach product managers to own outcomes across AI-enabled search, personalization, and real-time sports data products, with structured feedback and defined growth paths.
- Represent the Sports Experiences and Partnerships portfolio in executive forums, communicating delivery risk, strategic priorities, and competitive positioning across the digital sports media landscape.
What You Bring
- Proven experience as a senior product leader shipping consumer-facing digital products in sports media, streaming, or broadcast entertainment environments.
- Track record managing and developing multi-PM teams through complex, deadline-driven production cycles tied to live events.
- Hands-on experience with AI product development, real-time data integration, or personalization systems within a content platform.
- Fluency in product analytics, including defining leading and lagging metrics, running structured experiments, and communicating results to executive stakeholders.
- Experience coordinating product delivery with external content or distribution partners in a media or sports rights context.
