About the Role

The Content Sales & Business Intern works within NBCUniversal’s Global Distribution division, which handles licensing across more than 200 territories and a library that spans over 6,500 feature films and 170,000 television episodes from labels including Universal Pictures, Focus Features, DreamWorks Animation, and Telemundo. Day-to-day work involves preparing sales literature, tailoring presentations for specific regional clients, and coordinating with distribution offices in Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and London on active film and television distribution projects. This is a full-time six-month internship, starting January 2027 and running through June 2027.

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and tailor sales presentations and distribution literature for clients across SEA territories, including Hong Kong and Taiwan.
• Prepare targeted pitch materials for individual clients based on their platform type and content appetite across the region.
• Coordinate with NBCUniversal distribution teams in Los Angeles, Amsterdam, and London on film and television licensing projects.
• Support event planning and sales trip logistics across Asia territories as required by the distribution team.
• Conduct business and competitor research to help identify content distribution opportunities in the SEA market.
• Track current film and television releases, including theatrical, streaming, and independent titles, to stay current on the international content landscape.

What You Bring

• Currently enrolled as an undergraduate student, available for a full-time six-month commitment from January through June 2027.
• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel, used regularly for client-facing sales materials and data tracking.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks across international teams in different time zones.
• Genuine interest in television distribution, content licensing, or the international film and television sales market.
• Strong self-motivation and attention to detail when producing client materials under distribution team deadlines.
