Key Responsibilities

• Manage global travel logistics across the UK, North America and international production locations, including private and commercial arrangements at short notice.
• Oversee household and property operations across multiple residences, managing staff, vendors and service providers with full accountability.
• Anticipate the principal’s needs across both production and private life, preparing briefings, research and logistical groundwork before issues arise.
• Maintain absolute confidentiality across all business and personal matters, exercising discretion at the level required by a high-profile entertainment figure.

What You Bring

• A minimum of 7 to 10 years working inside film, television, media or entertainment in a senior support or operations capacity.
• Proven longevity in previous roles, with a track record that demonstrates loyalty, stability and the ability to operate under sustained pressure.
• Direct experience working with talent, agents or studio-side executives within the feature film or episodic television landscape.
• Emotional intelligence and a calm, solutions-first approach when managing competing priorities across time zones and departments.
• Willingness and ability to travel globally at short notice and maintain a genuinely flexible schedule without exception.
