About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Confirm distribution and music rights clearance for current, bonus, and library titles destined for Disney Streaming Services.
• Map, migrate, and validate rights data within Rightsline and Belle, ensuring records reflect the terms of underlying acquisition and licensing agreements.
• Compile and manage high-volume data sets in Excel and Airtable to support rights tracking across the streaming catalog.
• Interpret contract language in acquisition agreements and communicate findings to local legal teams as needed.
• Aggregate data and agreements from internal Disney systems to confirm accuracy and completeness before distribution clearance is issued.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external relationships between the Rights Management team and Disney Streaming Services partners.

What You Bring

• A minimum of one year of related work experience in rights management, content licensing, or streaming television operations.
• Hands-on experience with Airtable, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and SharePoint in a production or distribution context.
• Working understanding of distribution rights and music rights as they apply to acquired and licensed content.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects across different functional disciplines without losing detail.
• A bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience in a related field.
