This role sits within the marketing and creative production workflow, responsible for generating photo and video assets across vehicle shoots, product campaigns, and brand-level advertising content. About the Role

The Videographer/Photographer at Euro Staffs operates across the full production pipeline, from pre-shoot planning through to color-graded, edit-ready deliverables for social media, web, and advertising platforms. On any given day, that means rigging lights around a vehicle, operating camera, and then sitting in post to cut and grade the same material. The role is in-person and full-time, with output feeding directly into the company’s ongoing visual identity across multiple channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot high-quality stills and video of vehicles, products, and corporate events using professional camera equipment and lighting setups.
• Build and execute social media content production from concept through final delivery, maintaining consistent visual style across platforms.
• Complete photo and video editing using Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Lightroom, and After Effects, or equivalent post-production software.
• Manage the end-to-end production workflow independently, hitting deadlines across multiple concurrent projects without supervision.
• Collaborate with the marketing team during pre-production to develop shot lists, visual concepts, and campaign content strategies.
• Ensure all deliverables meet professional quality standards before release, including color accuracy, audio sync, and format specifications.

What You Bring

• Proven professional credits as a Videographer/Photographer in commercial, advertising, or branded content production.
• Working proficiency across Adobe Creative Suite, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Lightroom.
• Hands-on knowledge of lighting design, camera operation, and composition for both stills and motion work.
• A current portfolio demonstrating range across commercial photography and video production workflows.
• Experience in automotive photography or product-based visual content production is a genuine advantage here.
