Videographer

BroadWing is hiring a Videographer based in Birkirkara, Malta, to lead video content production across the company’s marketing and digital channels. This is an end-to-end production role, sitting across development, principal photography, and post-production workflow, with the output being branded content built for social media, digital advertising, and web platforms. It suits a self-sufficient video producer who owns the full production process and brings both creative instinct and technical delivery skills to every project.

About the Role

The Videographer at BroadWing operates as the primary production resource for all video and photo content, working directly within the marketing function rather than on a traditional film or television set. A typical day moves between pre-production tasks like scripting and storyboarding, location shoots, and post-production editing sessions in DaVinci Resolve. The role demands someone comfortable switching between formats and adapting content for multiple distribution platforms within tight turnarounds.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative concepts, scripts, and storyboards that translate brand objectives into production-ready video briefs.
• Plan and execute shoots from camera setup through to capture, managing all on-set decisions independently.
• Complete post-production work in DaVinci Resolve, including video editing, sound editing, colour grading, and final delivery.
• Adapt finished content for social media, digital advertising, and web channels, adjusting formats and specs per platform requirements.
• Manage shoot scheduling and production timelines to ensure content is delivered on deadline without compromising quality.
• Conduct photography sessions and handle photo editing as part of the broader content production workflow.

What You Bring

• Proven experience as a Videographer, Video Producer, or in a comparable branded content production role.
• Proficiency in DaVinci Resolve is a firm requirement, not a preference.
• Own professional filming equipment is required, with Sony camera equipment considered a strong asset.
• Solid understanding of post-production workflow, including sound and colour work.
• A portfolio of previous videography and video production work is expected at the point of application.

Why This Role

BroadWing offers a Videographer the scope to shape content strategy from concept through delivery, with meaningful creative ownership rather than execution of someone else’s brief. The role is based in Birkirkara and sits within a company that treats video production as central to its marketing output rather than an occasional add-on. For a producer looking to build a strong body of branded content work in Malta, this is a substantive position with real creative authority.
