Videographer & Editor (End-to-End)

Lawnhub is hiring a Videographer and Editor (End-to-End) based in Adelaide, South Australia. This is a sole-operator content production role covering everything from multicam podcast capture and long-form YouTube production through to short-form social edits and direct-response paid ads. It suits a self-directed shooter-editor who is comfortable owning the full production workflow without a crew behind them.

About the Role

You will be the in-house production department for Lawnhub and its parent group, The Hectogon Group of Companies, which also includes irrigation retailer Waterpro and the personal channels of Managing Director Clint Adams. The weekly anchor of your schedule is Lawnhub Live, a multicam podcast that you will set up, operate, and turn around in post, and around that you will be producing how-to and product content for YouTube, training videos, event coverage, and paid social creative. Locations rotate across multiple Adelaide sites including Dry Creek, Stepney, Lonsdale, Direk, and a residential lawn in Surrey Downs, so your production workflow needs to travel with you.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up and operate multicam, lighting, and audio rigs for weekly live podcast production, including lav and shotgun mic placement and multi-track recording.
• Shoot and edit long-form YouTube content across three channels, covering how-to formats, lawn renovation series, and product explainers.
• Cut long-form content into short-form social deliverables including Reels, TikToks, and Shorts optimised for each platform’s format and pacing.
• Produce and edit paid advertising creative from brief to finished asset, with an understanding of what makes direct-response video actually convert.
• Handle post-production workflow end to end in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, including colour, audio mix, graphics, and export for multiple destinations.
• Manage post scheduling and copywriting for published content across the group’s social channels.

What You Bring

• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating both long-form and short-form video production credits.
• Hands-on proficiency in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, with working knowledge of After Effects, Photoshop, or Lightroom considered an asset.
• Practical lighting and audio skills across lav, shotgun, and multi-track setups in real production environments.
• Experience producing content for YouTube and paid social, with an eye for composition and edit rhythm across different output formats.
• Strong written communication skills for copywriting and caption work alongside the production output.
