Campaign & Event Videographer
- Temporary
- Glasgow, Scotland, UK
Moat Homes Limited
Moat Homes Limited is hiring a Campaign & Event Videographer to join their Communications and Design team, based out of Glasgow, Scotland. This is a corporate video production role focused on delivering finished content across customer storytelling, event coverage, and campaign assets that feed directly into the company’s wider communications output. It suits a videographer with solid single-operator experience who is comfortable owning a shoot from pre-production through to picture-locked delivery.
About the Role
Sitting within the Communications and Design team, the Campaign & Event Videographer works across a mixed slate of corporate video production briefs, from interview-led customer stories to live event coverage and campaign-driven content. Day-to-day, this means managing your own shoot schedule, handling camera and audio on location, and turning around edits that serve both internal communications and external-facing channels. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract covering maternity leave, running at 35 hours per week.
Key Responsibilities
- Shoot and self-direct location video production across customer story formats, corporate events, and campaign briefs with minimal crew support.
- Manage the full post-production workflow from ingest and rough cut through to colour grade and final export across multiple output formats.
- Script and storyboard shoots in pre-production to align video content with campaign messaging and communications strategy.
- Record and mix location audio, including lavalier and boom setups, ensuring broadcast-quality sound on interview and event shoots.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders across communications and design to ensure video assets meet brand and editorial requirements.
- Archive and manage footage libraries within the team’s existing asset management system, maintaining a clean and accessible post-production pipeline.
What You Bring
- Demonstrable experience as a sole-operator videographer across corporate video production or branded content environments.
- Proficiency in a professional non-linear editing system, with Adobe Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro being the most directly applicable.
- A portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of shoots, covering both narrative interview work and live event videography.
- Competence with colour grading tools, with DaVinci Resolve experience considered a strong asset.
- Comfort working to editorial deadlines across multiple concurrent projects within a small in-house production team.
Why This Role
Moat Homes Limited is an established housing association with a genuine communications function, meaning the video work here has real strategic purpose rather than being treated as a peripheral task. The in-house setup gives a Campaign & Event Videographer consistent creative ownership across projects rather than rotating through agency briefs. For someone who wants stability and the chance to build a coherent body of corporate video production work over a defined period, this contract is a substantive credit.
Apply now for the Campaign & Event Videographer role at Moat Homes Limited and bring your production skills to a team where the work carries genuine organisational weight.
