The volume is real and the turnaround is tight, so experience managing a post-production workflow across multiple concurrent deliverables is essential.

Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content to platform-specific specs for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and XHS.
• Design and integrate motion graphics and VFX elements that serve the storytelling and hold attention within the first few seconds.
• Add and format subtitles accurately, meeting accessibility expectations and platform display requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand direction across all post-production output, from colour grade through to final export.
• Coordinate with the marketing and creative teams during the edit process to incorporate feedback and hit publishing deadlines.
• Optimise each deliverable for its specific platform, accounting for aspect ratios, bitrates, and algorithmic content preferences.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience editing short-form video content for social platforms, with a portfolio of published work.
• Proficiency in industry-standard post-production software, including Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or equivalent tools used in professional VFX pipeline work.
• Hands-on experience creating motion graphics and applying VFX within a social content context.
• Strong understanding of how each major platform ranks and distributes short-form video, and how edit decisions affect that.
• Ability to manage multiple projects through the post-production workflow simultaneously without dropping quality.
