A24 Workplace Experience Intern (LA)

A24 is looking for a part-time, in-office intern to support the Workplace Experience team — must be available Tuesdays & Thursdays up to 15 hours per week.

This internship is based in our West Hollywood office.

Responsibilities

• Shadow Office manager and receptionist in their day-to-day duties
• Assist with office admin and reception coverage
• Conference room upkeep
• Maintain kitchen, bathrooms, supply rooms, and common areas, ensuring they are well stocked and clean throughout the day
• Help organize in-office events
• Run errands as needed
• Light A/V troubleshooting
• Shipping and distributing mail
• Assist with general office email inbox
• Help keep office technology operating
• Ad hoc projects as needed

Qualifications 

• Willingness to work in office 2-3 days per week
• Front desk experience is a plus
• Interest in HR/People Ops/Office Management
