Day to day, you will be moving between creative development sessions, budget tracking, talent contracting, and prototyping new production approaches alongside technical partners. The 18-month timeline reflects the full production lifecycle, concluding with a structured handover of all assets, vendor relationships, and documentation to the permanent Content team.

Key Responsibilities

• Take a single Audible Original audio fiction title through every stage of audio production, from early development and scripting through to final delivery of completed assets.
• Manage writer and production talent relationships across the project, including negotiating offers and overseeing contracting with production partners.
• Prototype and test creative concepts rapidly during pre-production, working with internal technologists to explore new production methodologies before committing to full-scale production.
• Oversee concurrent workstreams across the title, tracking milestones, managing budgets, and keeping the production on schedule throughout the 18-month contract period.
• Incorporate listener research and audience feedback into the iterative development process, refining the experience ahead of final delivery.
• Coordinate across production, marketing, and PR stakeholders to ensure the title is fully ready for launch, then execute a comprehensive handover to the permanent Content team.
