The typical production day involves scouting or attending residential and commercial job sites, capturing footage of before-and-after transformations, then returning to post to cut and deliver finished assets ready for publishing. Key Responsibilities

• Plan and execute single-operator location shoots at residential and commercial flooring installation sites across the Gold Coast region.
• Capture high-quality footage and stills that translate product texture, finish, and room transformation into compelling visual content.
• Manage the full post-production workflow from ingestion and assembly edit through to colour grade and final delivery.
• Produce finished video assets formatted and optimised for social media platforms including Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
• Maintain and manage production equipment including cameras, lighting, and audio gear to broadcast-ready standard.
• Develop a consistent visual language across the Beare Flooring content library that supports ongoing brand identity.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated experience as a self-shooting videographer with a portfolio of short-form branded or commercial video content.
• Proficiency in professional non-linear editing software, with strong colour grading and audio mixing capability.
• Proven ability to manage location video production independently, including lighting setup and single-operator camera operation.
• A background in commercial content production, brand storytelling, or social media video is directly relevant to this role.
• Strong organisational skills to manage multiple projects through post-production simultaneously and meet delivery deadlines.
