About the Role

You will be embedded across both in-house production and on-location shoots, working alongside the social and production teams to deliver content that moves from camera to published edit within tight windows. Key Responsibilities

• Shoot social-first video content on-site at live sports and entertainment events, operating camera across a range of formats and lighting conditions.
• Edit short-form content to brief in post-production, delivering platform-optimised cuts for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and related channels.
• Manage your own footage ingest and file organisation on location, maintaining a clean post-production workflow under time pressure.
• Collaborate directly with the social team to translate campaign briefs into visual storytelling that performs natively on each platform.
• Travel internationally to cover live sports productions, acting as a one-person crew capable of capturing and editing on the road.
• Maintain and present an up-to-date showreel that demonstrates editorial range across live event production and social content formats.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience shooting and editing live event or live sports content, with credits across social or branded production.
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro and at least one mobile or cloud-based editing tool suited to field workflows.
• A showreel that reflects genuine storytelling ability across short-form formats, not just technical proficiency.
• Comfort operating as a solo shooter and editor on location, managing your own kit and delivering finished assets without full crew support.
• Familiarity with platform-specific aspect ratios, caption requirements, and delivery specs across major social video channels.
