This is a content production role sitting across capture and post-production workflow, with the remit of shooting on location and cutting footage into finished films for agency clients. About the Role

You’ll be embedded within a creative agency environment rather than a traditional broadcast or film studio, which means the project slate moves quickly and covers a range of formats, from brand films to documentary-style content. A typical week could involve a location shoot one day and an edit suite session the next, taking raw footage through the full post-production workflow to a polished deliverable. The team is award-winning and puts storytelling at the centre of everything they produce, so the editorial and cinematographic decisions you make carry real weight.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate camera on location shoots, making exposure, framing, and movement decisions that serve the narrative of each project.
• Manage the full post-production workflow from ingest and organisation of rushes through to picture lock and final export.
• Cut interview and observational footage into coherent short-form films that hold audience attention and communicate a clear story.
• Select and integrate music, sound design, graphics, and colour grade to bring edits to broadcast-ready quality.
• Collaborate with creative directors on tone and pacing during the review process, incorporating feedback across multiple rounds of revision.
• Maintain organised project files and archiving standards so that assets remain accessible across the wider content creation team.

What You Bring

• Demonstrable experience as a videographer and editor, evidenced by a showreel that includes location-shot and edited short-form content.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and at least working knowledge of Adobe After Effects for basic motion graphics.
• Comfort operating mirrorless or DSLR cameras in run-and-gun, on-location production conditions.
• An understanding of colour grading principles, whether in Premiere or DaVinci Resolve.
• A genuine interest in storytelling, with the ability to identify a narrative thread inside unscripted or interview-based footage.
