AI Cinematographer

Together Group is hiring an AI Cinematographer based in London to join Noë & Associates, their global brand consultancy studio. This role sits within the production department and is focused on generating cinematic film and motion content using generative video tools, producing work that visualises luxury real estate developments and hospitality destinations before they are built. It suits a film-trained professional who has carried real cinematographic craft into AI video workflows and can hold a high bar for taste across an entire generative production pipeline.

About the Role

You will work inside a production team alongside strategists, designers, editors, and producers, developing visual worlds for unbuilt places including high-end residences, resorts, and destination properties for clients such as Aman, Rosewood, and Mandarin Oriental. Day to day, this means developing looks from brief, building prompts and reference sets, generating and selecting shots, and delivering finished motion content from early concept films through to campaign-ready work. The role is offered initially on a contract basis, with the potential to move to a permanent position.

Key Responsibilities

• Generate cinematic film and motion content using Kling as the primary tool, with Seedance and other generative video platforms used where they better serve the shot.
• Translate cinematographic craft including framing, lens choice, lighting logic, and camera movement into prompts, visual references, and generative production workflows.
• Develop distinct visual identities and screen languages for places that do not yet exist, making architectural and spatial concepts convincing and beautiful on screen.
• Exercise editorial judgement across the generative pipeline, deciding which model suits a given shot and when a result meets the standard required to ship.
• Work across time zones with a degree of self-direction, communicating clearly on timelines, deliverables, and the reasoning behind creative decisions.
• Track developments across the generative video field and evaluate new tools and models for their practical value to the production workflow.

What You Bring

• Film school training or equivalent grounding in cinematic language, pacing, sequencing, and storytelling, with a background specifically in motion rather than still photography.
• Hands-on production experience with Kling, including prompt craft and output selection at a high quality threshold.
• Familiarity with Seedance or other generative video tools, with the judgement to match tool to shot type.
• An eye calibrated to luxury brand work, with sensitivity to architecture, materiality, and restrained visual storytelling.
• The role is open on seniority and suits candidates from recent film graduates through to more experienced cinematographers who are fluent with today’s generative tools.
