Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form video content in Adobe Premiere Pro, managing the full post-production workflow from assembly cut through to final export.
• Design and animate motion graphics and VFX elements in After Effects to support storytelling across social video formats.
• Apply sound design, colour grading, and pacing adjustments to meet platform-specific retention and engagement benchmarks.
• Manage project files, versioning, and asset organisation within a shared production environment to keep delivery timelines on track.
• Review briefs and source footage to identify the strongest editorial approach before beginning the cut.
• Deliver platform-optimised exports across varying aspect ratios, frame rates, and compression requirements for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts.

What You Bring

• One to three or more years of professional video editing experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates short-form content production.
