About the Role

Day to day, the stylist runs their own column of existing and new clients across cutting, colouring, and styling, while contributing to the salon’s broader creative and brand output. The role is part or full time with full schedule autonomy, structured around building a loyal, diverse clientele at a premium level.

Key Responsibilities

• Service clients across all technical disciplines including cutting, colouring, texture work, extensions, treatments, and event styling.
• Bring an existing premium clientele to the column while developing new client relationships in line with the salon’s standard.
• Attend and support industry events, press appointments, and client experiences as part of the wider professional hair industry work the salon facilitates.
• Maintain the salon environment and uphold the full-concept client experience from consultation through to finish.
• Engage with social media content creation and professional profile development with guidance from senior team members.
• Participate in ongoing education and mentorship under co-owners with nearly two decades of hairdressing and creative industry experience.
