Graphic Design and Video Editor

Ambassador Personnel, Inc. is hiring a Graphic Design and Video Editor to join their Brand Commercialization team in Houston, Texas. This role sits within a corporate marketing environment where the designer is responsible for producing print and digital assets, motion graphics, and video content that support a large-scale brand portfolio. It suits a mid-level designer with formal design training who can move between print production and post-production workflow without hand-holding.

About the Role

The Graphic Design and Video Editor works inside a Brand Commercialization department, producing materials that range from corporate marketing collateral to edited video content for B2B communications. A typical day involves building layouts in InDesign, cutting footage in Premiere Pro, and developing motion pieces in After Effects, all within a Monday through Friday, 8AM to 5PM schedule. The work is production-ready in nature, meaning assets move directly to deployment without a heavy revision cycle.

Key Responsibilities

• Design print and digital marketing materials that meet brand standards, including typography-driven layouts built for both screen and press production.
• Edit and deliver video content using Adobe Premiere Pro, managing the full post-production workflow from assembly cut through color and export.
• Build motion graphics and animated elements in Adobe After Effects to support corporate marketing and B2B campaigns.
• Develop brand assets in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop, including photo retouching, vector illustration, and production-ready file preparation.
• Create UX and presentation materials in Figma, Adobe XD, and Microsoft PowerPoint for internal and client-facing corporate communications.
• Maintain visual consistency across the full brand portfolio, applying typographic hierarchy and design systems across multiple deliverable formats.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 years of professional graphic design experience, with a portfolio that demonstrates branding, layout, print design, digital design, and photo editing.
• A bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Communication Design, Visual Communication Design, Multimedia Design, or a closely related discipline.
• Proficiency across the full Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Working knowledge of Figma, Adobe XD, Microsoft PowerPoint, and Microsoft Office in a corporate or B2B marketing context.
• A portfolio submitted with your application, as applications without one will not be considered.
