About the Role

The Videographer and Photographer functions as a shared creative resource across both client accounts and internal marketing initiatives, meaning the production slate shifts regularly between brand storytelling, lead-generation video, event coverage, and headshot sessions. On any given day, this person might be storyboarding a client concept in the morning, on a location shoot in the afternoon, and back at the edit bay color-grading social cuts before end of day. Travel for on-site client productions is a real part of the job, including handling your own logistics within a defined budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Shoot professional-grade video and photo content using your own equipment across a wide range of formats, including headshots, website imagery, social content, paid media creative, event recaps, and YouTube productions.
• Manage the full production workflow from pre-production planning and storyboarding through filming, editing, post-production finishing, and platform-specific delivery.
• Edit, color-grade, and apply motion graphics and animations to produce polished video deliverables optimized for social media, paid advertising, and web distribution.
• Guide clients and internal team members through on-camera performance, scene blocking, and messaging during production days.
• Cut quick-turn paid media video creative using stock footage or client-supplied assets when a full production shoot is not part of the scope.
• Collaborate with the Head of Creative and Client Success teams to develop new content concepts and identify opportunities to expand client video and photo packages.

What You Bring

• Demonstrated credits across branded content production, social media video, and digital advertising campaigns.
• Professional ownership of camera, lighting, and audio equipment suitable for commercial and branded shoots.
• Proficiency in video editing and post-production workflow tools, including color grading, motion effects, and multi-platform export.
• Experience shooting and editing both short-form and long-form content with a clear understanding of how format affects conversion performance.
• Comfort coordinating your own travel logistics for remote and on-site productions within a defined budget.
