Key Responsibilities

• Film and deliver makeup tutorial content for digital channels, training platforms, and product launches, covering complexion, colour placement, tools, and skin prep.
• Lead the Makeup Collective, a community group of around 100 members contributing feedback to inform shade curation, texture development, and application education.
• Develop structured training programmes that bring Ambassadors up to a level where they can confidently demonstrate and sell makeup to their own customers.
• Translate community and Collective feedback into clear product and education recommendations for the wider team.
• Create education content that works across different skin tones, ages, and skin types, making technique accessible at every confidence level.
• Support product development cycles by providing hands-on input into application methods, shade selection, and how education will be built around each launch.

What You Bring

• Professional makeup artistry certification or an equivalent recognised qualification with strong technical skills across a range of skin tones and types.
• Proven experience creating makeup tutorial content or structured education material for a beauty, skincare, or makeup brand.
• A confident on-camera presence with the ability to break down technique clearly for audiences at every level.
• Experience educating sales consultants, community groups, or brand ambassadors in a commercial setting.
• Familiarity with clean beauty formulations, natural-origin ingredients, or skinification trends within the beauty industry.
