About the Role

The Brand Creative Studio is Netflix’s internal creative agency, handling brand marketing, partnerships, ads, and live experiences across global markets. This Manager, Production Design role operates as a senior individual contributor within a newly structured production design team built to handle the growing complexity of Netflix’s design output. Day to day, that means owning workstreams end-to-end, building modular asset frameworks, and acting as a hands-on design lead while also setting quality standards for junior designers and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own production design across high-volume workstreams including campaign toolkits, lower-funnel marketing assets, sales materials, and presentation systems for executive and high-priority communications.
  • Translate brand design systems and creative direction into scalable production frameworks that support consistency across channels, markets, and use cases.
  • Develop and maintain templates, modular design systems, and asset libraries that allow the broader team and agency partners to produce on-brand work at speed.
  • Lead presentation design for high-visibility internal and external needs where brand expression and clarity carry real business weight.
  • Mentor junior production designers and provide creative direction on active workstreams, helping shape how production design functions within the studio’s operating model.
  • Partner with cross-functional stakeholders across Brand, Product Marketing, Consumer Products, Netflix House, and Corporate Communications to ensure output is fit for purpose across every audience.

What You Bring

  • A strong portfolio demonstrating systems-led production design, high-volume brand execution, and work that has shipped across multiple channels and markets.
  • Proficiency in Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and presentation design tools used in a professional brand studio or in-house agency environment.
  • Experience working within or alongside a brand design system, including building and maintaining templates, toolkits, and modular asset frameworks.
  • Background supporting physical environment design, performance marketing workflows, or large-scale brand campaigns is a genuine advantage.
  • Ability to manage complex, overlapping workstreams independently without losing output quality or missing production deadlines.
