Key Responsibilities

• Cut raw interview and field footage into polished, narrative-driven video content ready for final delivery across multiple formats.
• Build documentary-style story arcs from unscripted footage, applying strong editorial judgment around pacing, structure, and emotional tone.
• Design and integrate motion graphics, lower thirds, and title sequences that serve the narrative rather than decorate it.
• Handle color grading and sound design through to finishing, ensuring each deliverable meets broadcast and digital distribution standards.
• Work directly with producers, writers, and stakeholders throughout the post-production workflow to keep editorial aligned with creative and business objectives.
• Explore emerging tools, including AI-assisted production techniques, to improve output quality and efficiency across the team.

What You Bring

• Four or more years of professional video editing experience, with a clear focus on documentary filmmaking, branded content, or educational media.
• Advanced proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects, and DaVinci Resolve.
• Demonstrated ability to build coherent story arcs from unscripted interview footage without a script to lean on.
• Hands-on experience creating and embedding motion graphics that support visual storytelling rather than interrupt it.
• Proven capacity to manage multiple projects under deadline pressure without losing editorial quality.
