Video Editor and Graphic Designer

Fountain Forward is hiring a Video Editor and Graphic Designer to work remotely in a full-time freelance capacity supporting a marketing agency’s creative output. This role sits squarely in post-production and graphic design, responsible for taking raw footage and client assets through the full post-production workflow to deliver polished social content, ads, and branded materials. It suits a hybrid creative professional who is equally at home cutting a sizzle reel in Premiere as they are building a digital banner in Illustrator.

About the Role

The Video Editor and Graphic Designer at Fountain Forward works directly under the Creative Director, handling both motion and static deliverables across client campaigns and internal brand initiatives. On any given day, that means assembling rough cuts, color grading, mixing audio, and producing platform-specific exports for Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube alongside designing print and digital collateral ranging from brochures to Amazon ads. This is a remote-first position open to freelancers based in Latin America or Asia, with fluent English required throughout the entire engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• Assemble raw footage into rough and final cuts, handling music, dialogue, graphics, and effects while maintaining logical sequencing and smooth post-production workflow throughout.
• Color grade and mix audio to client spec, then deliver platform-specific versions optimized for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and web.
• Produce marketing edits including sizzle reels and short-form ads, as well as supporting testimonial capture alongside client success managers.
• Design client-facing print and digital materials including postcards, brochures, flyers, banners, billboards, newsletters, event frames, and Amazon ads.
• Create internal brand assets such as social media graphics, blog images, digital banners, and website mockups aligned to brand guidelines.
• Maintain organized asset archives for rapid retrieval and apply Creative SOPs aligned to the CRD-PO-01 Creative Process Characterization standard.

What You Bring

• 3 or more years of experience as a video editor and graphic designer with a portfolio that includes both motion and static work samples.
• Mastery of Adobe Premiere and After Effects, with strong working knowledge of codecs, formats, and compression for multi-platform delivery.
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and Canva, with concept board experience considered a plus.
• Familiarity with social platform nuances, color grading tools, and audio editing as part of a standard post-production workflow.
• Experience with project management tools and the discipline to hit deadlines independently without day-to-day oversight.
