Content Creator / Videographer

About the Role

You will be embedded in a creative team alongside designers and copywriters, contributing to campaign development and producing video content that meets platform-specific requirements. A typical day moves between shooting and editing, with projects ranging from short-form social content to longer brand storytelling pieces. The post-production workflow relies on Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, with finished deliverables expected to be polished and on-brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, shoot, and edit video content for digital and social media platforms, managing each project through the full production workflow.
• Operate cameras, lighting rigs, and audio equipment on both studio and on-location shoots.
• Build out post-production deliverables including motion graphics, sound design integration, and visual effects where the brief requires it.
• Produce short-form video content formatted for specific social platforms, adapting aspect ratios and pacing to each channel.
• Contribute visual storytelling concepts during creative development sessions alongside the broader agency team.
• Maintain and correctly operate all production equipment to keep shoot days running on schedule.

What You Bring

• 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in content creation, videography, or video production.
• A strong portfolio or showreel that demonstrates real video production credits across campaigns or brand work.
• Working proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects, or comparable industry-standard editing software.
• Solid understanding of camera framing, composition, and lighting for both controlled studio environments and run-and-gun location shoots.
• A Matric Certificate as a baseline qualification.
