Video Editor (Full-Time, Fully Remote)

We run Meta ads for B2B SaaS companies. Heavy testing, high volume, fast turnaround. We need an editor who can match that pace without us holding their hand on every cut.
Most of your work will be short-form Reels and Meta ad creative, plus static ads when we need them. Hook driven, conversion focused, multiple variations per concept.

What you’ll actually do
Cut Reels and Meta ad creative from raw footage plus scripts we hand you
Design static ads in Figma for Meta placements
Animate text. This isn’t optional. Our hooks live and die on it.
Build hook and re-hook variations to hold attention past the mid-drop
Ship multiple variants per concept for testing
Work off briefs independently

What we need
Strong command of Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, and DaVinci Resolve
Solid Figma skills for static ad design
A real portfolio of Reels, Meta video ads, and static ads you’ve actually shipped. No portfolio, no consideration. Period.
Proof your work converted, not just looked nice. Ad account screenshots or case studies are a plus.
Speed. If a 30 second cut takes you all day, this isn’t it.
Available during EST hours (Miami time). You can live anywhere, but your working day overlaps with ours.
