This role is for an experienced editor with strong creative instincts, advanced technical ability, and the judgment to lead projects through post-production from start to finish. The right candidate can take ownership of edits, elevate storytelling, maintain a high-quality bar, and execute efficiently in a fast-paced agency environment.Job ResponsibilitiesVideo Editing

Lead video projects from raw footage through final delivery across commercials, branded content, social campaigns, and product-focused marketing pieces Craft strong story structure, pacing, and emotional impact through thoughtful editing choices Build polished edits with a strong eye for performance, brand voice, and audience retention Handle advanced color correction, audio cleanup, sound design, music integration, and finishing Create multiple deliverable versions, campaign cutdowns, platform-specific exports, and revision rounds while maintaining quality and consistency Troubleshoot post-production challenges independently and make strong editorial decisions with minimal oversight Maintain clean project organization, timelines, file structures, and delivery standards across all assigned work Creative Leadership Take ownership of select projects from post-production kickoff through final delivery Help shape the creative direction of edits, not just execute instructions Elevate projects through strong taste, attention to detail, and refined storytelling instincts Collaborate with producers, creatives, and leadership to ensure the work is strategically aligned and visually strong Help uphold editorial standards across the team and contribute to the overall quality of RingoFire’s video output Photo Editing Retouch and color-correct photos for client deliverables as needed Prepare final images for web, social, digital campaigns, and other marketing uses Photo editing may make up a smaller portion of the role, depending on project demand Adaptability Manage multiple projects and shifting priorities in a deadline-driven agency environment Move between different brands, formats, and creative styles without losing consistency or attention to detail Respond to feedback quickly and professionally while protecting the overall quality of the work Skills Required Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro & After Effects Strong working knowledge of Photoshop Experience with other Adobe Creative Cloud applications is a plus Strong understanding of story structure, pacing, music editing, sound design, and post-production workflows High-level color correction and finishing skills Strong organizational skills and exceptional attention to detail Ability to work efficiently, independently, and at a high creative level in a fast-paced environment Graphic design experience is a plus RequirementsMust be local to Greenville, SCNo relocation assistance provided This is a full-time, in-office position This is not a remote position Why RingoFire Fun, collaborative campus with an open factory-style floor plan Work from home on Wednesdays Opportunity to work with a high-level creative team Health benefits RingoFire is an equal opportunity employer.  we provide equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment without regard to race, color, religion, gender, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, genetic information, marital status, service member status, amnesty or status as a covered veteran, or any other protected classification under applicable federal, state, and local laws.   This position is subject to a background check for any convictions directly related to its duties and responsibilities.  Only job-related convictions will be considered and will not automatically disqualify the candidates.
