• Perform color correction and color grading to maintain consistent visual tone across all published content.
• Mix and master location audio, incorporating royalty-free or custom music and sound design into final deliverables.
• Develop short-form original content specifically formatted for social media platforms, coordinating with editorial staff to align with publishing schedules.
• Manage project archives, standardized post-production workflows, and file organization across all active and completed productions.

What You Bring

• 3 to 5 or more years of hands-on multimedia production experience spanning field acquisition and post-production.
• Expert-level command of Adobe Creative Cloud, specifically Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, Illustrator, Audition, and Media Encoder.
• Working knowledge of camera mechanics, lighting physics, audio signal flow, codecs, and frame rates at a technical level.
• A showreel that demonstrates both field-shooting capability and clean motion graphic design execution.
• Experience directing on-camera talent or interview subjects in a documentary or corporate video production context.
