Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional legal videography equipment to record depositions and litigation proceedings to broadcast-quality standards.
• Run live hot-seat trial presentation, displaying exhibits, demonstratives, deposition clips, and documentary evidence in real time during trial.
• Build, organize, and manage trial presentation databases and associated media using OnCue, TrialDirector, and related litigation software.
• Set up, test, and troubleshoot video, audio, and AV systems across courtroom and war-room environments before and during proceedings.
• Coordinate directly with attorneys, paralegals, and court reporters to ensure exhibits and media are production-ready ahead of each trial day.
• Handle full equipment setup, testing, and breakdown across multiple locations, with availability for extended trial hours and travel as required.

What You Bring

• Prior professional legal videography experience covering depositions and litigation matters.
• Verified hot-seat or courtroom trial technology experience in live proceedings.
• Working knowledge of OnCue and TrialDirector, with strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat.
• Solid AV troubleshooting skills covering video signal, audio, and computer systems in time-sensitive environments.
• Proven ability to work extended hours during active trial schedules and travel to support out-of-area cases.
