This role sits at the production end of the content workflow, responsible for capturing and crafting video material for restaurant, bar, and hospitality clients across social media platforms. About the Role

The Videographer works directly alongside the Art Direction and Social Media Management teams at Eat Butter First, contributing to the full content production cycle from concept through to delivered assets. Projects are hospitality-focused, meaning shoots take place in restaurants, bars, and similar venues across Vienna, with output destined for social media content pipelines. A typical day might move between a pre-planned shoot, reviewing and organising footage, and developing moodboards for an upcoming production.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate professional video equipment on location to produce high-quality hospitality content for social media distribution.
• Develop visual concepts and moodboards in collaboration with Art Direction ahead of scheduled shoots.
• Manage the selection, organisation, and preparation of photo and video material during the post-shoot review process.
• Maintain schedule flexibility to support spontaneous content productions when client opportunities arise on short notice.
• Contribute fresh visual ideas to help raise the overall production quality of the studio’s content output.
• Deliver finished video assets that align with each hospitality brand’s established aesthetic and social content strategy.

What You Bring

• Two or more years of experience in a videographer role, either in-house or across freelance content production projects.
• Confident, hands-on handling of professional video equipment with a trained eye for composition, lighting, and atmosphere.
• A working understanding of food and lifestyle visual storytelling, with a portfolio reflecting strong aesthetic judgment.
• Fluency in German and/or English, given the bilingual working environment in Vienna.
• A reliable, organised working style suited to both structured shoot days and reactive, on-location content production.
