This role sits inside the brand’s content production operation, covering everything from pre-production planning through to finished social media ads, campaign reels, and website visuals. mjuks is a direct-to-consumer lifestyle label producing medical workwear, and this Videograf:in & Video Editor position sits at the center of all visual output for the brand. On any given day that might mean building a shot list in the morning, running a small crew on location by afternoon, and pulling a rough cut before end of day. The post-production workflow runs through Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve, with motion graphics handled in After Effects.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop concepts from brief to storyboard, covering shot lists, lighting plans, and location scouts ahead of each production day.
• Operate camera across DSLR and iPhone formats with a working understanding of exposure, composition, and on-set audio capture.
• Edit and color grade footage independently in Premiere Pro or DaVinci Resolve, using color wheels, nodes, and LUTs to deliver consistent brand aesthetics.
• Build motion graphics and typography animations in After Effects to support video ad production and social content formats.
• Monitor social media trends and adapt formats, particularly short-form vertical content, to fit the brand’s visual identity.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools such as Adobe Podcast and Runway into the post-production workflow to improve turnaround on deliverables.

What You Bring

• Hands-on experience editing in Premiere Pro at a professional level, with CapCut considered below the baseline for this role.
• Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve color grading and After Effects for motion graphics, not just basic cuts.
• A portfolio or showreel demonstrating end-to-end video production credits, from shoot through final delivery.
• Ability to self-manage across casting, production coordination, and post without a dedicated production team around you.
• Genuine understanding of short-form content strategy and platform-specific formats across Instagram and similar channels.
