Key Responsibilities

• Edit long-form YouTube videos from raw footage to final delivery, maintaining pacing structures that support audience retention and watch time goals.
• Design and integrate animated titles, lower thirds, on-screen graphics, B-roll, and SFX that align with each channel’s established visual tone.
• Identify high-value moments within long-form edits and recut them into vertical 9:16 Shorts and Reels with dynamic captions and strong opening hooks.
• Create high-CTR thumbnails using Photoshop or Canva in coordination with the content strategy team.
• Apply professional color grading and audio mix to all deliverables and export files in formats optimized for YouTube’s encoding pipeline.
• Manage multiple concurrent project timelines and hit recurring delivery deadlines without compromising technical output quality.

What You Bring

• Minimum two years editing specifically for YouTube creators or digital content platforms, with a showreel or portfolio required for consideration.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and/or DaVinci Resolve, with working knowledge of After Effects for motion graphics and basic animation.
• Photoshop skills sufficient for thumbnail production at a professional level.
• Advanced English at B2 or higher, required for following production briefs, syncing subtitles, and aligning on-screen text accurately.
• A personal workstation capable of rendering 4K footage and a stable high-speed internet connection.
