About the Role

You’ll be embedded in Swift Tech Co.’s client-facing content pipeline, producing short-form marketing videos for a roster of brand clients rather than working on a single internal slate. A typical day moves between writing scripts, cutting sequences in post, sourcing licensed stock media, and packaging deliverables in the format specs each platform actually requires. The role is built for someone who can hold the creative and technical sides of production simultaneously.

Key Responsibilities

• Write and develop scripts for client video briefs, building out storyboards that map the edit before the timeline opens.
• Cut short-form marketing videos using professional post-production workflow, integrating voiceover, licensed music, and stock footage to picture lock.
• Source and clear licensed stock media appropriate to each client’s brand and subject matter.
• Deliver finished cuts in multiple format ratios and resolutions suited to each client’s active social channels.
• Add closed captions and accessibility features to all deliverables, meeting current platform standards for caption accuracy and formatting.
• Manage client projects from intake through final delivery, maintaining version control and organized project files throughout the post-production process.

What You Bring

• Proven credits in short-form video production, marketing content, or branded content editing.
• Fluency in professional editing software, with hands-on experience in Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or a comparable NLE used in commercial post-production.
• Working knowledge of motion graphics tools such as After Effects for title work and simple animation.
• Experience delivering multi-format exports for social video, including vertical, square, and horizontal aspect ratios.
• Familiarity with closed captioning tools and accessibility compliance as part of standard delivery.
