Job Type
Aspinal of London is hiring a part-time Video Editor based in London, England, to join their in-house creative team. This is a post-production role focused on editing and delivering campaign video assets across paid social, organic social, YouTube, Performance Max, CRM, and web platforms. It suits an editor with a background in luxury fashion or lifestyle brands who is equally comfortable cutting hero films and producing fast-turnaround social-first content.
About the Role
The Video Editor sits within the in-house creative department, working directly alongside the Senior Art Director and Head of Graphics across seasonal campaign cycles. Day to day, this means adapting master edits supplied by external production partners into a full range of platform-specific deliverables, from short-form motion assets to animated campaign adaptations. The role is hybrid, with two days per week committed, and requires in-person attendance at the West Sussex head office during key campaign launches and post-production periods.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit and deliver cut-downs, re-edits, and resized campaign assets formatted to spec across Meta, YouTube, Performance Max, and web.
- Manage post-production workflows from master edits through to final deliverables, maintaining organised file structures across all active projects.
- Produce short-form social edits, teasers, and animated campaign adaptations as part of seasonal and promotional content schedules.
- Work with AI video generation tools to support emerging content formats within the brand’s digital output.
- Liaise with external retouchers, motion designers, and sound designers to align third-party deliverables with campaign direction.
- Apply creative judgement on pacing, transitions, typography, and music to ensure all edits hold to the brand’s luxury visual identity.
What You Bring
- Minimum five years of video editing experience, with credits in luxury fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or premium consumer brand content.
- Proficiency across Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Media Encoder, and Photoshop.
- Proven experience producing multi-platform digital campaign content with a clear understanding of compression, formatting, and platform specifications for Meta, YouTube, TikTok, and Performance Max.
- Experience with AI video generation tools is strongly preferred.
- A portfolio or showreel demonstrating campaign, social, and motion content is required with application.
Why This Role
Aspinal of London operates a well-resourced in-house creative team producing campaign content across a full digital ecosystem, which means consistent work across a considered post-production workflow rather than fragmented freelance briefs. For an editor looking to embed within a premium brand environment and shape content from social-first edits through to full campaign rollouts, this is a structurally sound part-time position with clear creative scope.
Submit your application for the Video Editor role at Aspinal of London and include a showreel that reflects your range across campaign and digital content.
