Key Responsibilities

• Edit short-form and long-form digital video content from raw footage through final export, meeting both creative and technical delivery standards for each platform.
• Build story structure, pacing, and visual flow in collaboration with producers, making editorial decisions about interview selects, soundbites, and music that serve the piece.
• Add graphics, captions, transitions, and sound design elements that are consistent with brand guidelines and strengthen viewer engagement.
• Adapt cuts for different aspect ratios, formats, and platform specifications across social media and long-form digital video environments.
• Review audience performance data after publication and apply those findings to editorial decisions on future content.
• Manage revision rounds, incorporate producer feedback, and maintain delivery schedules across multiple projects running simultaneously.

What You Bring
